OUR POLICIES

BOOKING POLICY

Minimum of 50% is due at time of booking. Remainder is due one week before check-in. Payment is available via credit card or e-transfer to [email protected]
There is a $25 fee per night per guest over our sleeping capacity of 6
Rates are subject to all applicable taxes.
A $90 cleaning fee is applied on top of rates
prices are subject to change without notice, however once you receive a booking confirmation your price is guaranteed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations with 60 or more days’ notice will only be subject to an administration fee ($50).
Cancellations with 30-60 days’ notice will forfeit the deposit or 50% of stay.
Cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.
Change requests can only happen BEFORE 30 days prior to reservation

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

There is a damage deposit of $500 that will be charged 1-3 days before your stay. You will recieve a refund for your damage deposit within 7 days, if we do not claim any charges for damages after your stay. We must recieve a damage deposit prior to your stay. If we do not recieve the damage deposit prior to your stay, you will be required to provide cash or your reservation will be cancelled without refund. Please make sure to read over all our rules.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Check in is at 3pm, UNLESS our house is ready earlier, just ask but please do not expect an earlier arrival as we sometimes have someone leaving at 11am, and our cleaner will be there all the way to 3pm.
Check out is at 11am or earlier, but we do offer late checkouts if it is available. If you want a later checkout, please inquire by emailing [email protected]

DOG RULES

If you are planning to bring a dog, we charge an extra fee of $50 regardless if your dog is hypoallergenic, as we have previously found dog pee in our house after our fur friend guests, so we make sure to be extra thorough when we have pets.
1. If we find out you brought your dog without paying our fees, your damage deposit will not be returned and your stay may be terminated early without refund
No dogs on the bed
1. If there is lots of dog hair on our white linens you will be billed $150.
Must clean up ALL your dog’s POOP on our property.
1. You can leave your dog’s poop bags outside and we will take to the dump.

ALL OTHER RULES

There is only allowed a maximum of 6 people allowed at all times on property.
If there is more than 6 people on the property, your stay will be TERMINATED WITHOUT REFUND. There is however consideration of special circumstances that would need to be discussed. If there ends up being more guests than what is agreed upon, this would be a major violation of our agreement and would result in either a penalty of $50 per extra person per night or we may TERMINATE your stay WITHOUT REFUND.
Please treat our home like you would yours & keep our home reasonably clean. Should your room require excessive cleanup (stains, room not cared for/broken items, lost items, there will be a MINIMUM charge of $50 and the cost of replacement as needed.
We have a strict NO-SMOKING policy INSIDE HOUSE as well as inside the GARAGE. If we find that there has been smoking, there will be a cleaning charge of $350 applied for us to rent special equipment to clean our house, and replace air filter. Cigarette butts or butts of any sort, to be found on property will be subject to a $100 cleaning fee.
Please DO NOT touch or change temperature gauge for the heated concrete. We will make sure the garage temperature is set to 15-17 degrees Celsius. If we notice that the garage concrete temperature gauge was tampered with, there will be a charge of $100 applied to pay for our hydro bill.
Do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet. do not flush feminine hygiene products, tissues, baby wipes, or paper towels as these will clog the plumbing line and ruin the septic system.
During months when the temperature is below zero, garage door must be closed at all times, only exception is to open than close after you bring your vehicle in.
Damage deposit not returned if you don’t checkout till after 11am OR agreed upon time.
